- Welcome pack, linen and towels included
- We will reserve the villa for you while you book your flights. Then a deposit of £75 per week booked is required. As this is sent to an English address, you will receive a quick confirmation of receipt
- Balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday
- A security deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance, this will be returned to you within one week after your holiday
(upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damage to the villa)
- Linen changed weekly
- Extra folding bed (child's) £25
- Generous discounts for lets of 28 days or more
